Ingredients 11Method 3h 20m
Prep your aromatics by slicing ginger and cutting green onions. Heat avocado oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat, season ribs liberally, and sear each side until beautifully golden brown.0:05
Deglaze the pot with mirin, scraping up those flavorful browned bits. Whisk in miso, honey, beef bone broth, tamari, ginger, garlic, green onions, and chili flakes until combined.0:14
Return short ribs to the pot, cover, and braise in a preheated 325°F oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until fall-apart tender.0:22
Strain the broth, skim the fat, and simmer the sauce until reduced to a rich glaze. Toss the ribs back in to coat generously before serving!0:31
